Returns Policy

Exchanges and returns

We have a 21-day returns, exchange and change of mind policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at gtstreetwear.info@gmail.com. Please state your full name used to place the order as well as the order number and the reason / issue for return or exchange and our team will work to resolve any issues. Please note that this can take up to 10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we have a 21 day exchange period and the item(s) first must meet our conditions for return or exchange being:

your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no signs of wear eg: makeup marks, deodorant marks, scuffs, scrapes scratches, with tags, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once the item is received at our facility, we will inspect the item for its condition and you will be informed of an approved or unapproved exchange.

Refunds

If you wish to refund, a store credit will be granted at the price of the garment(s) within 21 days of purchase. (excluding shipping prices) 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not.

Please note that any items being shipped to us are your responsibility until they arrive at our facility.
